We encourage the use of testing tools to assist our clients in their selection, particularly at senior levels. We have an alliance with a leading psychologist who is able to evaluate the appropriate testing requirements for each position. It should be stated here, that not all positions require testing each role is evaluated on its own merits with respect to the use of this tool. Career Transition Services In the situation where an executive is retrenched, we offer our clients the opportunity to work with us to assist the executive through the career transition period. There are many services attached to this, including resumé packaging, job interview techniques and counselling, needs assessment and personality profiling, as well as assistance with finding a suitable position. Job Evaluation and Skills/Competency Assessment Tools We offer our clients tools to assist with position evaluation, and in particular, to assist in defining new roles. We also provide our clients with tools to assist with interviewing and assessing competencies. Interim Management Services White Consulting Partners Pty Ltd can provide contractors on an interim management basis. We have a database of highly qualified candidates, interested in suitable contracts. Typically contracts range anywhere from 3 months to 12 months. |
